Mike and Candace Mission: Help Us Spread The LOVE!

Candace and I have been together now for about 5 years (married for 2) and have been growing together in our faith since day one. During our time as a couple we have learned a lot about ourselves and a lot about the kind of people God has called us to be. Together, we have traveled to an orphanage in Cambodia for the past 4 years because we feel we have been given an opportunity to make an impact and help carry out His plan in a big way.

Now, for the first time in 4 years, I'll be traveling to Cambodia without Candace as she's home with our newest addition to the family - baby Ryder. Although Candace is unable to go this year, she has been super supportive of me continuing the mission we started together there.

We have been blessed with so much in our lives, and that is why we continue to pour into New Life Orphanage - financially and with our time. The children there have changed our lives forever and our goal is to continue to build upon our relationships with them. During the time there, our team hopes to personally connect with the children and teach them a little more about Jesus through stories, games, art projects and, most importantly, love.

The reason I'm writing this letter is because we need you on our team! Here are 2 big ways in which you can help: 1. We need prayer warriors! Please pray for our team’s strength and wisdom as we seek to meet the needs of people in another culture. Please pray for our safety as we travel across the world. Lastly, please pray for Candace and Ryder... that they will be comforted and protected while I'm away. 2. My 10 days in Cambodia will cost a total of $3,200. One less "night out" this month, or a few less Starbucks runs can make life changing moments happen in these kids' lives.
